Concept
The brief treats the gaming floor as one tenant among many rather than the centre of the plan. Circulation runs along the harbour edge, with the gaming rooms set back behind hospitality frontage.
Gaming spaces
Around 900 machine positions in short banks, two electronic table zones and a small private salon with its own service core.
Hospitality
Six food and beverage tenancies, a 300-seat function room and a rooftop terrace facing the harbour.
Technology
Full cashless kiosk conversion, account-based limits and a unified floor management platform.
Sustainability
Chilled-beam cooling, daylight to all non-gaming circulation and reuse of the existing podium structure.
