Each quadrant is stripped, re-serviced and re-opened in an eleven-week cycle, with temporary walls doubling as wayfinding.

2,100 positions replaced with modular chassis cabinets on a shared platform.
Hospitality
A new central bar island and two grab-and-go counters.
Technology
Cashless conversion, machine telemetry and an upgraded surveillance ring.
Sustainability
Old cabinets recovered through a supplier take-back scheme.
